Portland Bizzy Bees raises Orchard Mason Bees (Osmia lignaria propinqua) for wholesale customers in the western USA. All of the bees are raised within the Tryon Creek watershed near SW Portland.
We donate a significant portion of our proceeds to support local nonprofit organizations. The primary beneficiary is the Oregon Food Bank's Learning Gardens program.
We are meticulous about quality control from production through shipment. This results in healthy bees that are prized by commercial beekeepers and discriminating retail partners.
It's not too early to start planning for the 2012/13 selling season. |
